ERC with Rubber Collet

Introduction

Due to the unique design and flexible elasticity, the clamping force of ERC with Rubber Collet is 2-3 times that of traditional all-steel slotted collets. Regardless of the size of the workpiece, the clamping force is always parallel and evenly distributed on the workpiece, instead of being concentrated on the front and back of the chuck working hole. The trim between the jaws is a durable synthetic rubber compound tightly bonded together by vulcanized jaw faces and through holes. Compared to traditional collets, our products are unaffected by high temperatures, coolants, and filings, and remain sufficiently flexible throughout their service life.
