1. Alignment of the dial indicator: fix first, then move. That is, first fix the dial indicator (or lever meter) on the machine tool or the tool shaft, and make the contacts of the meter close to the fixed jaws. Then move the table back and forth and rotate the machine until it aligns with the desired requirements. When the verticality of the workpiece is high, it is also necessary to move the table to correct the verticality of the fixed jaws of the machine 6-inch vise.

2. Alignment of the square: First of all, make sure that the vertical guide surface of the machine tool is in close contact with the base of the square. The wings of the square are used to inspect the fixed jaws and rotate the flat jaws to align the fixed jaws with the square.

3. Use the return needle to align: first slightly clamp the scribe needle on the washer of the cutter shaft, and then move the worktable back and forth, check the tip of the scribe needle through the fixed jaw and turn the machine vise, continuously. Alignment is carried out until it is parallel to the moving direction of the worktable, and the alignment ends.

4. Alignment of the tool shaft: First, lift the worktable, then make the fixed jaw iron along the side of the tool shaft, and then turn the machine to use it, so that the tool shaft and the fixed 6-inch vise are aligned on the side of the tool shaft. on the same straight line. The alignment of the machine should be at the root of the cutter shaft as much as possible.
