Below we explain the installation and use precautions of ER collet

1. Before use, clean the spindle, clamping nut and collet cone

2. Put the collet into the nut. When installing, the collet must be inclined at a certain angle and gently put into the groove of the clamping nut.

3. Put the straight shank tool into the spring collet and lock it with a wrench

Notice:

1.The length of the tool inserted into the collet should not be less than 2/3 of the clamping length. If the tool is incorrectly inserted, the collet will be permanently deformed, resulting in a large radial error.

2.When using the collet, pay attention to the clamping range of the collet. The clamping range of the common spring collet is between the inner diameter of the collet and the inner diameter of -1mm, and the clamping range of the waterproof collet is between the inner diameter of the collet and the inner diameter of -0.5mm.
